2018 Camp + Marketing Conference

I planned and executed Benefit Cosmetics' 2018 Camp I'm a Hottie + Marketing Conference.

These 2 major events were back-to-back for the same audience — a one-day Camp I'm A Hottie program (the first ever!), followed by the four-day Marketing Conference. Camp I'm a Hottie kicked off the week at Golden Gate Club, Presidio followed by Marketing Conference activities hosted onsite at the W Hotel San Francisco. The entire event week ran from April 23-27, 2018.

ATTENDEES: 100+ Marketing Managers and 22 Finance Managers from over 40 countries.

Camp I'm a Hottie!

MONDAY, April 23

* Hosted at Golden Gate Club, Presidio
* Make sure everyone has: done their homework (assigned before), wears branded materials (produced for each)
* Afternoon of camp activities centered on Brand DNA

* Transform common space of W Hotel San Francisco into an "outdoors camping experience" with astroturf, trees, faux campfires, etc.
* Setup AV for projection movie + commentary
* Camp-themed menu, food and drinks
